Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download above. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher-Suzanne Whiston via telephone at 01543 491 051 or via email to admin@longdonhallschool.co.uk. If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher, please contact Simon Smith, Assistant Regional Director simon.smith@ofgl.co.uk. An appeals process is included in this policy.
