Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download above. Initial complaints should be made to the Executive Headteacher, Simon Smith via telephone at 01543 491 051 or via email to admin@longdonhallschool.co.uk. If the complaint is concerning the Executive Headteacher, please contact Chris Groom, Regional Director for Education on 01204 522667. An appeals process is included in this policy.
